Terms and Conditions
- This Certificate has no cash value and may not be sold or transferred to another user.
- It may only be issued by an authorized representative of Always Travel With Us, Inc.
- Occupancy is limited to up to four persons staying in the same one-bedroom condominium or up to eight persons staying in the same two-bedroom condominium, depending upon the package you purchased. Arrival day for your vacation is Saturday or Sunday.
- This Certificate is valid for travel up to the Expiration Date. Shown herein which date is intended to be 18 - 24 months from the Date of Issue.
- This Certificate is valid for accommodations and other items specifically shown as included in each vacation; it does not include transportation, meals or other incidental costs associated with taking this vacation. Users of this certificate are required to attend a presentation regarding the benefits of vacation ownership at the Resort hosting their stay. Your tour will be arranged once you arrive at the Resort.
- This certificate is valid only when signed by an authorized representative who must register the Certificate in the recipient's name at the time it is issued.
- This certificate may not be used by employees or suppliers of any participating Resort or Always Travel WIth Us, Inc.
- All reservation requests must be made in writing using the Reservation Request Card contained herein. Fill out the Reservation Request Card in its entirety. Reservations must be made at least 30 - 60 days in advance of the earliest requested arrival date. Availability is based on a first come, first served basis. Blackout dates are shown for each Resort destination within this certificate. Select at least three alternate arrival dates when requesting reservations; every effort will be made to accommodate your highest priority date. Reservations will be confirmed to you in writing and by telephone by Always Travel WIth Us, Inc.
- In the event you have selected the Fort Lauderdale vacation that includes the Bahamas or Mexico cruise, you must pay the applicable port/service charge of $118 per per person (up to two persons) at the time the reservations are confirmed. In the event you cancel a confirmed, guaranteed reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival date, port/service charges (if applicable) will be returned to you. Cancellation 30 or fewer days prior to arrival results in forfeiture of your port/service charges (if applicable).

- No exceptions to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of This Certificate may be authorized by anyone.
